Data Entry

Our system is designed to suit small to medium businesses.  Using our bookkeeping staff we provide accurate coding of expenses in MYOB accounting package.

When the data entry is completed from the bank and credit card statements; using tax invoices to validate the business expense.  On completion of the data entry bank and credit card statements are reconciled providing accurate records which will be used by the clients’ accountant. 

Once the bank reconciliations have been completed the business owner is in a position to have outstanding debtors followed up. 

After the data entry and bank reconciliations Business Bookkeepers will be able to  provide financial statements on a monthly basis providing accurate financials which will enable business owners to make confident business decisions.
